HCCA provides high-availability Internet service that can provide bandwidth for small remote offices and to large enterprises that need 10Gbps or more of bandwidth.

HCC’s Internet service is IP over an IEEE 802.3-based full duplex switched network. Internet service is Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service that runs on a private end-to-end fiber optic network. Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service is proactively monitored 24/7 to verify uptime and availability. Our industry-leading service ensures optimal network performance and availability for your mission-critical operations. High availability is achieved with diverse internal and external Internet routes, allowing for automatic fail-over with two different upstream ISPs.

• HCC will provide as standard service an internal-only routable RFC 1918 address space, a single Public Address Translation or (PAT) address to access the Internet and basic DNS and firewall services. Additional addresses are available upon request.
• Network Address Translation (NAT) is available for servers and appliances.
• Network security is enforced and technologies are implemented to mitigate Distributed Denial of Service Attacks (DDoS)
